memobottle Reimagines the Water Bottle (Again) in Stainless Steel

Memo bottle has been a Design Milk favorite since 2014 when they first landed on our radar. We’re big advocates of reusable water bottles and their compact, low profile design was the first of its kind – no more big and bulky water bottles sticking out of your pocket or back pocket. We love them so much that we added them to the Design Milk Shop to make it super easy for readers to get their hands on. So far, they’ve made memo bottles out of BPA- and BPS-free plastic … but that will change. The Australian brand brings their ingenious water bottles to the New stainless steel memobottle series available in matt black and matt white.

Just like the original memobottle collection, the Stainless steel memo bottle assortment is available in four paper-inspired sizes: A5 (33 oz.), A6 (16 oz.), A7 (8 oz.) and Slim (20 oz.). Another similarity to the original drop – it launches on Kickstarter where they have already raised over $ 350,000 of their $ 20,000 goal!

The bottles are practical and perfect travel companions as they slide easily into pockets, pockets and even a stack of books. They’re super durable and will keep you hydrated on the commute to and from work, running errands, or flying to a tropical destination.

The lightweight stainless steel memo bottle is made of high-quality food-safe stainless steel 304 and is provided with a luxurious satin powder coating, which makes it pleasant to the touch, but also makes it scratch-resistant. The wide opening makes it easy to refill and drink for a smooth drinking experience. When it gets dirty, memobottle will cover you with new bottle cleaning tablets to ensure clean drinking.

If the design isn’t enough to sell you, every memo bottle sold means someone will get five months of clean drinking water through their partnership with nonprofit water.org. Since working together, memobottle has provided clean water to those in need for over 11 million days. They are also estimated to have prevented over 100 million single-use water bottles from ending up in landfill in the past six years.
